I LOVE pizza, so any variation that is within the Slimming World rules is a big hit for me!
This one is more of a lunch option, using your Hex A and Hex B, so probably best for an SP day. It makes a delicious, filling pizza alternative -especially if you’re bored of wrap pizzas or don’t have the time to make the HEXB ‘dough’.
Now, as I can’t cook, this isn’t the most complex of recipes – in fact, it’s barely a recipe. But it is delicious, with minimal fuss.
- 4 x Ryvita (HexB)
- 50g Mozzarella (HexA)
- Tomato Puree (Free)
- Toppings (Free) – i used ham and chicken, but you could add anything!
- Pre-heat your grill to a medium heat
- Spread a thin layer of FREE tomato puree on your Ryvita before adding your cheese and toppings
- Grill for 2-5 minutes (depending on heat). You’ll need to keep an eye on them as the edges can burn quite easily!
Obviously, if you’re not using your cheese or Ryvita as your Healthy Extras, you’ll need to syn these. For toppings, I used pre-cooked frozen chicken from Iceland, and ham. Serve with plenty of speed!
